Cataract Surgery Counseling and Co-Management
We'll tell you if your cataracts are ready for surgery, and refer you to the best cataract surgeon for you. We'll provide pre- and post-operative care to make sure no part of your eyecare is neglected.
We have advanced testing for glaucoma, including the Humphrey Visual Field Analyzer, corneal pachymeter, and the Optical Coherence Tomographer. Dr. Quaranta special area of interest has been glaucoma and he has managed thousands of glaucoma patients for over a decade. He knows how to diagnose glaucoma, how to treat it, and if you'll need glaucoma surgery as opposed to eye drops.
Dr. Quaranta has been serving diabetic patients and their primary care providers on a daily basis for over 10 years. He knows when to send you to the retina surgeon and which retina surgeon would be best for you.
Dr. Quaranta provides advanced treatment for dry eye. Besides artificial tears and liquigel, there are options such as punctal plugs, Lacrisert, and Restasis.
Dr. Quaranta manages foreign bodies, corneal abrasions, uveitis, and contact lens-related conditions.
